Artist Statement

Responding to the Composite workshop brief, I used myself as the “meaningful object” and explored identity through multi‑media works. Over recent months I have been re‑evaluating my life, this series maps the small and large influences that have shaped my journey. The work combines collage, impasto, painting and drawing with found fragments and layered mark‑making to convey memory, vulnerability and resilience.
