As a 19-year-old South African artist, I am deeply inspired by the beauty that remains in the world, often overlooked in our pursuit of perfection and uniqueness. My work seeks to remind people of the simple pleasures and satisfaction found in appreciating what we already have.

In a world where dissatisfaction is rampant—whether due to circumstances, finances, appearance, or behavior—I aim to celebrate the beauty of simplicity through realistic art. My creations are a testament to the idea that what you see is what you get, emphasizing honesty and clarity in a complex world.

I choose to work with the basics, using a simple canvas and acrylic or oil paints. This minimalist approach allows me to focus on capturing the essence of my subjects and the emotions they evoke. I paint what I see and let my brushstrokes convey how I feel, inviting viewers to find contentment and beauty in the everyday.
