Nature Is My Lift-Off

This work is a combination of a self-portrait, nature scenes and a variety of textures from rock formations, all photographed on our farm. My physical experience of time spent in nature is the source of inspiration for most of my artwork. The weaving technique symbolizes this ‘grounded’ experience.
