Mariaan Kotze - Up

I have been a professional artist for the past 30 plus years.

I obtained my National Diploma in Fine Arts, majoring in Sculpture at the Free State Technikon in 1990.

My art journey intertwined seamlessly with the joys and challenges of raising three beautiful daughters, who have become not only my greatest inspirations but also my most honest art critics.

For me, art is more than just a medium of expression; it's a sanctuary where my soul finds solace and my imagination takes flight.

Behind my easel, I delve deep into the recesses of my subconscious, exploring new themes and pushing the boundaries of my creativity with each stroke.

I'm constantly driven by a restless spirit, eager to explore uncharted territories and embrace new challenges in my work.

As I continue to evolve as an artist, I'm excited to share my journey
