Artist Statement:

The work is a mixture of an abstract background with line elements that make up a ‘human’. These will be shown through organs or the human figure itself. The goal is to show that ‘it all comes from within’. From the organs (inner) to the body (outer).

Artist Bio:

Pretoria based artist Yolo Liso Xulu has been honing his skill of intricate and delicate line through prints and paintings for the past couple of years.

Printmaking and painting are areas where he still tests the waters of how far he can manipulate a canvas to show his potential as an upcoming artist.
