The profile of a dalmatian puppy dog was carved into a cuttle fish shell and casted in sterling silver. The size of the carving was carefully planned to accommodate a dalmatian stone with its distinguished black spots, which is set into the body. The pattern and texture of the cuttle fish shell forms contour lines across the face,which enhance the dog’s features perfectly and give it a three-dimensional appearance.
