Zenzo Siamenda was born on 23 Feb 1977 in Zimbabwe. He realized his artistic ability at primary school where his teachers always asked him to paint charts for the class rooms. Zenzo studied art at Mzilikazi Art and Craft Center in Bulawayo Zimbabwe from 1995 to 1997. In 1997 Zenzo worked as a pottery ware decorator until 2007 when he realised that his passion for art and expression was suppressed.
He decided to start painting on a fulltime basis and his works have greatly been received by people from all over the world and from all walks of life. Zenzo works mainly with Acrylic on Canvas .His works are mainly recognised by their bright colours and cartoony characters. Zenzo gets his inspiration from everyday events especially women’s activities and sometimes it’s just imagination. Zenzo describes himself as a man of few words but says a lot from his paint and brush. He is a promising upcoming artist who is determined to change the art arena. Zenzo is currently living in Johannesburg, South Africa.
