Pretoria-based artist, Olga-Louise Lemmer (b. 2001),
is a still-life painter currently focusing on traditional themes of still-life
oil painting. Lemmer fell in love with painting at 16 years old and decided to
continue pursuing traditional still-life after her degree in BA Fine Arts at
the University of Pretoria in 2023. She enjoys painting objects from her home
and family heirlooms that often speak about the female roles in her family.
